Cancellation policy

Customers may cancel their recurring subscription at any time by logging into their account or by contacting us at support@versascents.com before their next billing date. Cancellations submitted after a renewal has been processed will apply to future billing cycles and will not affect the current order. Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded. Versa Scents LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue subscription offerings at any time.
