By accessing this website, placing an order, enrolling in a subscription, submitting an inquiry, or booking an event with Versa Scents LLC, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any additional terms displayed during checkout or provided in an applicable agreement.

VERSA OIL CLUB SUBSCRIPTIONS

By selecting a subscription purchase option and completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your subscription will renew automatically each month until paused or canceled
• Your selected payment method will be charged the recurring price displayed during checkout
• Your selected fragrance will continue with each renewal unless a change is requested before the next order is processed
• Subscription changes and cancellations must be completed before the next scheduled payment begins processing
• Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged or entered fulfillment

Eligible customers may manage their subscriptions through their customer accounts.

EVENTS AND CUSTOM ORDERS

Event bookings, custom orders, personalized products, branded materials, production payments, and non-refundable deposits are subject to the policies posted on our website and the terms stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or Event Agreement.

If a signed Event Agreement conflicts with a general website policy regarding a specific event, the signed Event Agreement will control.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Versa Scents reserves the right to refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order as permitted by applicable law and our Terms of Service, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory limitations, pricing errors, inaccurate information, or policy violations.

Our current policies are available on www.versascents.com. Customers should review all applicable policies before completing a purchase, enrolling in a subscription, or booking a service.
